Let us imagine the following political and economic construction. The relations between Israel and surrounding states are friendly. All these countries are fast developed and prosper. They form the Levantine Union analogous to the European Union.
Israel is its financial, technological, and political center and uses resources of the all region.
Unrealizable fiction? What does obstruct its realization?
In the previous times, the USSR stimulated the animosity in the region. Already 16 years passed after its destruction, but the hostility does not cease. Why? Another factor has become its basis. Political forces use support of population to obtain an authority. In the poor countries, they can get this support by means of dispensing resources or by means of an excitation of mass spite against some enemies. The dispensing resources is too expensive. Therefore, the politicians use an artificial hatred.
In the Arab countries, Israel ideally meets the role of a fictitious enemy. It is a rich country, a medium of other culture and religion, a bygone rival. Thus, in the modern age, the Arab countries political systems make the dependence of the authority on support of population. Therefore, the systems are the basic factor of Arab aggressiveness against Israel.
Let us assume that a government does not depend on support of population. This government does not create fictitious enemies and does not excite mass hatred because it does not need this. In the first place, it is interested in the effective economy. Therefore, such government develops collaboration and friendship with the surrounding countries.
In the social democratic republic, each adult citizen has one voice at elections, i.e. all citizens have equal influence to the authority. The influence of each political party is equal to its voters namber. Therefore, the power depends on support of the population.
In the bourgeois republic, the influence of a citizen to the system of authority is equal to his/her material contribution to his/her political party fund. The legislative influence of each party is equal to its financial contribution to the state budget. Therefore, the government does not depend on the population and acts in interests of the bourgeoisie.
Bourgeois parties pass the laws, which optimize conditions of enterprise and improve collaboration with adjacent countries.
